Military Vehicle Replacement Armored Door and Windshield Kits are unique:
They can be moved from one host vehicle to another as the mission dictates, with minimum effort. Humvee Replacement Armored Door & Windshield Kits is a modular system that allows armor to be added only where needed. This allows the vehicle to carry only the armor protection needed for a specific mission. No Permanent Modifications performed to the Vehicle, Military Vehicle Replacement Armored Door & Windshield Kits will provide Armored Protection From AK-47 rounds and other hits from the following munitions and lesser threats as validated by an Independent Ballistic Testing Laboratory.

Police Vehicle Armor Kits

 

We now offer a new line of  Vehicle Armored Kits for police, law enforcement and government agencies. These kits primarily offer protection for the front doors, as for the most part the front doors are used as ballistic shields in a felony stop or shooting situation.

These door kits provide two levels of protection, the first being handgun protection up to .44 magnum [NIJ Level IIIA] and the second being [NIJ Level III]  protection for most assault rifles.

Our kits consist of light weight armor panels for the doors, Kevlar or Dyneema depending on the protection level required and bullet resistant glass for the doors. The armor panels are cut and ready to install in the lower door, with instructions and all of the adhesives necessary. The bullet resistant glass is a flat insert that is clipped in place behind the OEM side door glass making for easy installation and quick movement from vehicle to vehicle.

We also provide several options to enhance the vehicle protection. Curved bullet resistant vehicle glass for the front doors and windshield, armor panels for the rear partition. Options include flat bullet resistant Plexiglas inserts for the doors and windshield that clip in place and are easy to install and remove when needed.

Most people don't need an armored vehicle with two inch-thick Bullet Resistant Glass, bomb proof floors, roof, or 1/2" steel armor plate in the doors. Full vehicle armoring can add 2-3 thousand extra pounds of weight to your existing vehicle, at a cost starting at around $75,000.00.

 

Bulldog Direct has designed a vehicle protection package that we call our Road Rage Protection Package. We take the best parts of an armored vehicle: protection of the glass, doors, and tires. 13mm LTA Vehicle Glass to replace all of your side door glass, Kevlar Armor Panels for the side doors, and a set of our Run Flat Tire Inserts. This system offers a level of protection that would be adequate for most everyday drivers and is priced accordingly! Pricing starts at around $3,500.00. Bulldog Direct's Road Rage Protection Package only adds about 100 pounds added weight to your existing vehicle.

Personal Vehicle Armor Kits

 

Our Armored Vehicle Kits consist of the following:

 

#1: Flex-Pro Armor Panels, for all doors and side walls. [Thermoformable] Flex-Pro Armor composites are readily cut and fabricated using commonly available tools a [saber saw with a knife blade will easily cut the panels] the cut panels can then be installed in a vehicle using glue, rivets, screws, or nuts & bolts with washers. Butt joints are ballistically weak; reinforce them with a min. 4" wide strip of the same level of armor to cover any gaps in the panels.

#2: A Full set of Curved Bullet Resistant Vehicle Glass, please note that our vehicle glass is not just flat sheet Bullet Resistant that goes behind your existing glass, BUT is replaced with our curved Glass that matches your original vehicles glass. Finished vehicle will look stock!.

#3: A Set of [4] Run Flat Tire Inserts: Drive a min. of 30 miles at 30 mph with all 4 of your tires flat. Protection from: road debris, potholes, air leaks, to ballistics.

#4: Installation Instructions, Armor Panel Adhesive, Saber Saw & Saw Blades.
